Directions and Travel Information
By Air: If you are coming by air, East Midlands Airport is a 30 minute drive away. From the East Midlands Airport you can take the Skylink service towards the City Centre, alighting at the Lace Street stop which is near the south entrance to the University campus. From here, the University’s free hopper bus service can be used to travel to the Jubilee campus.
Alternatively a taxi can be taken from the airport directly to the University.
By Rail: Nottingham is right in the centre of the country and is very well connected to all other major cities by the train network. Regular services operate between Nottingham and London St Pancras, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester or Sheffield. The Jubilee campus is 2 miles from the Nottingham train station, about a 40 minute walk or a short bus/taxi ride away.
By Bus: There are a number of bus services running from Nottingham to Jubilee campus. There are buses from the city centre approximately every 10 minutes during the day, and it takes around 20 minutes to reach the campus.
There is a dedicated free hopper bus service for travel around the campus.
You can reach Nottingham by coach from many destinations around the country. National Express coaches stop at the Nottingham Coach Station, approximately a 10 minute taxi ride from the Jubilee campus.
By Taxi: There are taxi ranks throughout the city and immediately adjacent to the main railway and bus stations. The journey to the campus takes approximately 15 minutes. From the airport, taxis can be found on the terminal forecourt. The cost of a single/one way journey to the campus is approximately £20. Taxis are available 24 hours.
By Car: Drivers are recommended to leave the M1 motorway at junction 25 to join the A52 to Nottingham. After five miles turn left onto the A6514, Middleton Boulevard. Turn right at the next roundabout onto the A609 Wollaton Road. The main entrance to the Jubilee campus is clearly signposted on the right. As a residential delegate, car parking is included in your registration package, and you should request a permit on checking into your room at Newark Hall. If you are a day delegate, then you should request a parking permit from the conference registration desk in Business School South.
